PROPOSAL INFORMATION

Participation to the WAP (Worldwide Antarctic Program) Ham Radio activities, such as Antarctic Activity Week (AAW) and Ham radio Contests.  (Ham Radio)

Outline
Having received the special Callsign IR1IPY from the Italian Ministry of Communication, I would like to use my special callsign and IPY logo to be printed on the Ham radio QSL card , which is used to confirm the radio contacts.

What significant advance(s) in relation to the IPY themes and targets can be anticipated from this project?
Involving a large number on Ham operators worldwide , who will be attracted in contact with a special IPY suffix in the callsign

What international collaboration is involved in this project?
Actually there are about 20 Ham Radio operators spread around the globe using a special callsigns with IPY in the suffix
