HAM radio operators consortium: Participation to the WAP (Worldwide Antarctic Program)  (HAM Radio)

Outline
This activity has received the special call sign IA0IPY from the Italian Ministry of Telecommunication. The intention is to use this call sign and to also use the IPY logo on the Ham radio QSL card which is used to confirm contact with other operators.
