19-07-04 IPY Presentations and Sessions at SCAR Bremen

A number of IPY activities are planned for the SCAR Open Science Conference/COMNAP meetings in Bremen over the week beginning July 26. Details can be found at the Conference web-site -
http://www.scar28.org/. The Chair of the ICSU IPY Planning Group (Prof Chris Rapley) will give a keynote address on IPY 2007-2008 on Monday July 26. An IPY special session will be held on Wednesday July 28 and two IPY discussion meetings will be held on Thursday July 29 (Outline Science Plan) and on Friday July 30 (Outreach and education Plans).
